To order an item, click on the desired image. This will show
a larger image with description, sizes and prices. You will
see the shopping cart logo.
Click on this logo to add the item to your shopping cart. Once
you have selected all the required items click on ‘Confirm
order’. Then complete and submit the secure online order
form with your information which will be confidentially encrypted.
If you are still concerned about sending credit card details online,
telephone or fax them to us (see below).

We will need full particulars of your order requirements, your
name, address, telephone number and full credit card information.
Select economy or express shipping. You can safely email credit
card information by sending the first eight digits on one email
and the remaining details on a second email.

9.00am to 5.00pm, west coast time. We will need full particulars
of your order requirements, your name, address, telephone number
and full credit card information. Select economy or express

• Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, money order, certified
cheque or bank draft.
• Delivery and shipping
Orders are generally shipped within a week (often on the same
day) to allow time for any custom finishing. We will advise you
if there will be any delay. We use the mail service which we find
to be cheaper and more efficient than couriers. Surface (ground)
shipping is free worldwide. If express or courier service is required
you simply pay the small extra amount, typically $5-$10.
• Our returns guarantee
If the tapestry is not suitable you may return it within 30 days
of receiving it for a full refund, less shipping, or an exchange.
Call us for a returns authorization number. We charge no restocking
or return fee. You are responsible for all return costs. Note
that the package must be marked “ Goods returned to original
supplier”. Returns must be made by the mail service only,
not by UPS or any other courier.
