Espiritu Azul de la Tierra is one of our Peruvian handwoven tapestries from the studio of Maximo Laura. His tapestry designs fuse contemporary and traditional Andean motifs and then these wonderful wall-hangings are hand-woven in alpaca wool, cotton and mixed fibres using a variety of weaving techniques. We are so impressed with these tapestries from Peru: the dramatic result of rich colours, striking designs and superb techniques. Each Laura tapestry has a rod pocket for easy hanging.
